Socacize is our signature, fun-packed class that’s like none-other! Revelers will knock their sweat off working out to Soca, Dance Hall, afro beats and other fitness moves to build stamina and strengthen the muscle. Prepare for high-impact cardio burning up to 1000 calories per session and wine and tone to ultimately leave you feeling sexy, sultry & strong. Our signature formula is broken down into four sections: Bacchanal Warm up, Cardio Soca Jam, Wine and tone and Groovy stretch.

Zarria Penfold-Nelson

Zarria is a Dance Teacher, Fitness instructor and, Choreographer from Durham Region. Her artistic adventures motivated her to become a Socacize Master Trainer, Barre and Yoga Instructor. Zarria brings her passion and knowledge of dance and fitness to inspire participants to express themselves through movement, in a safe, inclusive and accepting environment.
