Hi Flaunt Fam,
I hope this message finds you soaking up all the warmth and joy that the summer season brings. There’s something about these long, sunny days that makes everything feel more alive; the colours brighter, the music louder, and the smiles a little wider.
Here in Toronto, the city is buzzing with excitement as we count down to Toronto Carnival. Whether you’re chipping down the road in costume, taking in the sights, or dancing on the sidelines, Toronto Carnival is such a beautiful reminder of how movement, culture, and community come together to lift our spirits.
This season, I invite you to lean into the F.L.A.U.N.T. lifestyle and let it guide you through all your summer adventures:
Feel Good
Make time to rest, recharge, and do what lights you up – whether that’s a walk by the lake, a backyard lime, or your favourite Socacize jam.
Look Good
Rock that bright outfit or costume you’ve been saving. Wear your colours boldly. Carnival is the perfect time to celebrate self-expression.
Attitude
Stay positive and open. Summer has a way of reminding us to loosen up and embrace the moment. Let your attitude reflect gratitude and joy.

Let go of self-doubt. Move your body, dance like nobody’s watching, and fully unleash your energy wherever you are.
Nice Up Yourself
Treat yourself kindly. Hydrate, nourish your body with fresh foods, and take breaks when you need them. You deserve it.

While we won’t be flaunting on de water this year, don’t worry – we’ll be back next summer with even more vibes and memories to create together.
