Socacize Fitness sets a platform for all ages and fitness levels to benefit from a fun-filled, total body workout, burning up to 1000 calories per hour.

Prepare for high-impact cardio burning up to 1000 calories per session and wine and tone to ultimately leave you feeling sexy, sultry & strong. Our signature formula is broken down into four sections:  Bacchanal Warm up, Cardio Soca Jam, Wine and tone and Groovy stretch, which includes Mindful Motion for the Kidz program.

 

Weights, Wine & Tone is our signature strength and conditioning program!  Let’s define your curves while building your foundation!  It’s a fact muscle burns fat and when done the Socacize way we ensure there is always a added dose of vitamin F- Fun!! Socacize Kidz is a creative blend of Caribbean & African dance movements set to the rhythms of soca, calypso, reggae, dancehall and on occasion hip hop. This exhilarating total body workout welcomes children aged 8 to 14 years old to join a 45-minute session broken up into three fitness genres: Bacchanal Warm Up, Cardio Soca Jam and Mindful Motion.

 

Featuring top DJs & Fitness Instructors! The original 2-hour workout with live DJs & Guest Instructors.  Attracting revellers, fitness enthusiasts and party people!  A six-week to eight – week vigorous & exciting Caribbean workout full of Vitamin F-FUN, there can be gain without pain™.  Rhythms to make you dance, fitness routines to build stamina,
tone muscle, lose inches & boost confidence!

 

Socacize Xpress is 30 minute of intense workout for all fitness levels. An effective sampler of our signature One – Hour Jam class, created with exercises and dance moves to encourage you to take an active part in enjoying a quick yet challenging workout into your busy day.

 

Werk N Twerk challenges your mind with dance routines consisting of constant movement that focuses on engaging the core, wining the hips and accentuating the bum. With movements from  Dancehall Vocab, Wine, Juks, and even Wine and Tone signature moves. Work N Twerk utilizes Bashment Soca, Dancehall and Soca music.
